Answer:
“beeches” – the other words can be rearranged into known boy’s names: cigar=>Craig, calmer=>Marcel, sorbet=>Osbert, wined=>Edwin. Beeches doesn’t rearrange into a known boy’s name (though in these days, I’m sure there will be a new name invented that can take care of this – but it will take a long time to be a “known” name
